This is my weight loss story, workouts and time management tips:

Hi i have give the details about my weight loss and shared my little experience in my journey, Hoe this video will be helpful for you.

Weight loss journey begins :

1 .Walking / jogging 45 minutes to 1 hour
2. Yoga or fitness exercise 30-40 minutes
1.Dance workout / Zumba / Gym workouts
2.Body workout – cardiac, stomach, hands, legs
3. Sports - badminton
3. Healthy food :
1. Avoid Sugar
2. Include Millets and have balanced meal no fried food and junk
3. Take more fiber rich veggies and fruits
4. To avoid muscle pain while doing workout and feel energetic intake of protein is must

4.Water intake – keep yourself hydrated

My form of workout :
Standing exercise : 10 poses 20-30 count each
Sitting exercise : 10 poses 20-30 count each
Sleeping pose exercise : 10 poses 10 count each

Main addition in this exercise are :
1. Mountain Climbing
2. Plank 5 times minimum hold 1 minute
3. Leg raise
4. Side twist exercises
5. Body bend exercises

Tips :
1. Walking in steep roads will give better results.
2. Walk for 15 – 20 minutes after every meal

Yoga online classes
1.Join in some weightloss groups / join ur friend for walking
2.Youtube workout videos – kuttu songs and Punjabi songs
3.Gym
4. Trekking groups

TIME MANAGEMENT
1.Wake up early or allocate time according to ur work and comforts
Get down in ur previous stop and start walking – where ever possible walk don’t take ur vehicle
2. Talk while walking
3. Listen to serials or movie while walking and doing basic exercise moves

Extra tip:
1. Try intermittent fasting
2. Accountability of what u have done
3. Portion control and have limited meal
4. Keep target
