We had a lovely time chatting with Sarah Ling, the lead producer of All Our Father’s Relations, and Karen Tam, who had her solo exhibition Autumn Tigers installed at the CRAG (May 22 - July 17, 2021)!

Following the screenings of local documentaries 1788, Cedar and Bamboo, and AOFR, we talked about the process of discovering and unearthing untold histories, combatting systemic erasure and racism, and what work still has to be done to uplift our marginalized communities.

Sunday Screenings: Autumn Tigers Edition - Session 1

The CRAG team is pleased to bring you our first ever Sunday Screenings. These films align with Karen Tam's solo exhibit, Autumn Tigers (May 22 - July 17, 2021). Her work explores the history of anti-Asian racism and celebrates the advocacy and resistance of contemporary Chinese communities, so we've decided to use Sunday Screenings: Autumn Tigers Edition to highlight films that uplift Asian histories and Asian-Indigenous cross-cultural stories, touching on themes of resistance, anti-imperialism, sovereignty, joy and creation as protest, and more.
