Makes 1

180ml cold strong coffee infused with 1 organic lavender flower
3 coffee ice cubes
50ml cold milk

Honey or maple syrup, to sweeten
Organic lavender flower sprig, for the top
Ice, to serve

Infuse lavender in the coffee for 2 hours while it is chilling.
When ready to serve, take out the lavender.
Add the coffee, ice cubes and milk into the blender.
Add honey or maple syrup to sweeten if needed.
Blend until frothy.
Add ice to the glass and pour in the coffee.

Lavender notes: choose culinary lavender. The flowers are more pungent than the sprigs. Dried is twice as strong as fresh.
