Workshop of The World - The mill town is waking up. Workers are walking through cobbled streets towards the busy mill yard. Heavy, clunky machinery is turned on for another day's work.

In 2019, I received a commission from Lancaster Jazz Festival and wrote The Industrial Suite. The suite is about the textile mills and factories in the North of England, which are a big part of not only my family history, but the history of many other Northern families.
