In this trade review, I break down a massively profitable trade I took on the *German 40 (DAX) index**. This was a setup I shared with my free WhatsApp group *before it played out, and it's a perfect example of my core trading framework in action.

The key to this success was strictly following my four-step process: *Key Level, Harmonic Pattern, Liquidity Sweep, and Entry.* You cannot skip any of these steps.

*Here’s how the German 40 trade unfolded:*

1. *Key Level:* I first identified a crucial higher time frame order block that acted as our key support level.
2. *Harmonic Pattern:* At that key level, I spotted a valid *Shark Harmonic Pattern* (0.886 retracement), which signaled a potential reversal.
3. *Liquidity Sweep:* This was the missing piece initially! I warned the group that the trade wasn't ready yet. We needed to see a liquidity sweep of the previous daily low for confirmation. When price swept that liquidity and formed a clear **bullish order block**, our trigger was in place.
4. *Entry & Management:* I entered long on the retest of that bullish order block. My stop loss was placed below the key level, and my take profit was set at the 0.886 extension of the Shark pattern. The trade played out perfectly, hitting our full target after a clear break of structure.

A crucial lesson from this trade was *filtering setups based on market context.* Because we were overall bullish, I ignored a later harmonic pattern that formed at a high. I only take extension patterns in the direction of the trend, not retracement patterns against it, which saved us from a potential loss.
