[TAS] I wanna be a Charr 100% in

The seed changer was not used in this TAS, RNG manipulation was done via saving, resetting and dying (by pressing Q), the video may look like it stopped at certain points during the run because of this. I also decided to manipulate all of the eeveelution bosses to be both shiny (1/8192) and female (1/8, gives them a bow), to get the achievement you only need to defeat one shiny boss. The apple clock is also not manipulated, which I decided to keep in because of the apple align and it not losing much time anyways. Audio has been adjusted as some sections were incredibly loud unmodified, two achievements also had to be modified as they were broken.
