Throughout this practice feel fully free to modify the practice in the way that suits you best. If it's earlier in the day, you may want to practice a bit more vigorously. And if it's later in the evening you may want to go more slow and gentle to help you unwind. You're the master of your own domain! Do what feels best for you!
