Baby Corn Manchurian is a delicious appetizer from the indo Chinese cuisine. It’s also known as Crispy Baby Corn Chili or Sweet Spicy Baby Corn Stir Fry. It is made with crispy fried baby corn, sweet and spicy thick chinese sauce along with onions and capsicum. You can serve this as appetizers or with plain steamed rice or veg fried rice or cumin rice or veg noodles for a meal.
Ingredients:
Baby Corn – 250 Gm
Salt – 1 tsp
All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 1/4 cup
Corn Flour – 1/4 cup
Rice Flour – 1/4 cup
Salt as per taste
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Oil – 3 tbsp
Chopped Ginger – 1 tbsp
Chopped Garlic – 1 tbsp
Green Chillies – 2
Green Spring Onion - 2 tbsp
Onion – 2 Medium Size (cut into big pieces and separate the layers)
Capsicum – 1 Medium Size (cut into big pieces)
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Sauce - 2 tbsp
Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
Vinegar or Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Red food color – 1/2 tsp
Water – 1/4 cup
Cornflour – 1 tbsp
Water – 4 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Crushed Black Pepper – 1 tsp
Honey or sugar – 1 tbsp
