I’m joining a nomadic family to document the process of relocating their ger to their winter home, a tradition that’s been part of their way of life for generations. The day started early, with a journey further into rural Mongolia. The rugged terrain and open landscapes gave me a sense of just how remote this lifestyle is and set the scene for what was ahead.

In 2013, I started my solo travel journey, leaving Indonesia in 2016 to become a full-time traveller and YouTube creator.
