How to Audit VDA 6.3 (P2) Project Management

In the Short video we will demonstrate what VDA 6.3 P2 questions to ask; to determine if a project will be successful.
Key Question are:
1) Do you have a Project Management Process documented?
2) Do you have a qualified Project Manager and Project team? Did you identify the resources needed to ensure that the project milestone will be achieved?
3) Are all suppliers involved in the project planning phases?
4) Do you have a project Plan which include the critical path to ensure the customer milestones will be achieved?
5) Do you have the quality planning activities included in your Project plan?
6) Is change management within the project ensured by the project organisation?
7) Do you have an escalation process to inform the management and the customer if there will be delays.
