I bought this to replace my other Oster Blender that was working excellent, but I wanted to do a little more fresh veggie food processing. This was Highest Rated product, and it sure looks to me to be just that. ** The Blender bowl is made of thick real GLASS, real quality as is my original OSTER Blender is. The blades are stainless steel and work great.

The Food Processor bowl is all plastic except for stainless steel chopper blades. Works real well. I used some fresh broccoli and cauliflower and red cabbage in the food processor. Pressed the 'salsa' button once, and the blade spun for a second and then stopped, then did that twice. shredded up my veggies into a 'salsa' like mix real fast and quietly.
