Ingredients:

1. Ucche /Bitter Gourd (2-3)
2. Potato (2 small)
3. Pumpkin (150 gms)
4. Borboti / Long Beans ( 150 gms)
5. Sheem / Broad beans (150 gms)
6. Salt (to taste)
7. Mustard Oil (3 Tbsp)
8. Turmeric Powder (1/2 tsp)
9. Panch Phoron (1 tsp)
10. Ginger Paste (1 tsp)
11. Dal er Bori (8-10)

This will serve 2-3 people.
