On November 28, 2023, Lake Forest Police Officer Jaquez was patrolling when he came upon a vehicle with 2 people in it at 1:00 AM. He made contact with the 23-year-old driver, who was clearly intoxicated. Officer Jaquez then spent the next 25 minutes trying to ascertain information from the woman, who was constantly trying to flirt with him. She eventually refused to perform standardized field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest for Driving Under the Influence. After she was placed in the back of the police vehicle, she turned into a belligerent Karen. She kicked Officer Jaquez and spat on him. When they reached the police station, she removed her shirt and got angry when Officer Jaquez attempted to give her privacy so she could use the restroom.
