Despite strong earnings, the stock trades at an unsustainable P/E ratio of 102, with an earnings yield below 1%, and no dividends paid. Although the company has minimal debt, its current valuation suggests significant risk. Forecasted growth for the next few years is 17-24%, but the stock is overpriced. If the stock were to drop to a more reasonable valuation, such as under $200, it could be considered investable. Chuck advises caution, especially with rapidly rising stock prices, and recommends using FAST Graphs to assess the business value behind the stock.
