The game is Underrail. And someone said it is impossible to kill a pack of Mutants in Depot A at level 8, using only PSI. No traps. No grenades. No taser. No caltrops. No energy shield, even though I got lucky and found one this early. And no zone hoping to exit combat and heal up/restore psi points.
