This is my fourth tutorial in my series of Hi-Def tutorials (you have to change the gear icon below the video to 1080 to watch it in full HD) about the music of Fela Kuti; Afrobeat. This one analyzes Fela's Gentleman. The transcriptions that I have written show the guitar, bass, drum and horn parts (in notes and tab) and how they, although completely independent of each other, form a seamless musical style that is truly amazing, hypnotic, addictive and joyful.
