Must Try Restaurant Baguio: Hill Station by Chef Mitos Benitez-Yniguez Casa Vallejo Upper Session Rd. Hill Station is a fine dining restaurant opened in March 14, 2010 by owner and Chef Mitos Benitez-Yniguez at the historic Casa Vallejo Hotel and notably she is the daughter of Mario and Nenuca Benitez who founded the famous Spanish restaurant of Baguio - Mario's where she worked for 3 decades. Hill Station has been recognized as one of Asia's best restaurants on the Miele Guide from 2011 - 2013. The serve a diverse array of asian, continental and new world fare that are sure to delight your taste buds. The rustic main dining hall is spacious with high ceilings and wooden beams, seating is comfortable, we suggest reserving a window seat to take in the cool mountain air. From their simple two page menu we would highly recommend their Roasted Veggie Bowl, Moroccan Lamb Tagine, Moroccan Spiced Baby Back Ribs and Steak and Salmon. For refreshments they have proper frozen margaritas, fresh fruit shakes and fresh buko juice in shell.
