This video is a guide to the entire length of the Stour Valley Path in East Anglia. It highlights some of the historical features and landscapes along the way. These features include: Newmarket Racecourse, Devils Dyke Saxon Earthwork, River Stour, Clare Castle and Priory, Cavendish, Long Melford, Sudbury Water Meadows, Bures, Nayland, National Trust Flatford Mill and RSPB Cattawade Marshes.

The Stour Valley Path is a 62 mile long distance route through the Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Essex Countryside. It starts off a Newmarket and end at the coast by the Stour Estuary at Cattawade.

This route is often walked over 4 or 5 days and with minimal ascent and navigation problems it is considered an easy long distance path.
