LeFou's Brew is Disney's take on Butterbeer that's served in the Universal Parks. The drink is currently served at Gaston's Tavern and you can even get it in a souvenir beer stein. While LeFou's Brew lacks the butterscotch component of Butterbeer, the Torani Toasted Marshmallow syrup adds many of those butterscotch flavors. The drink is pretty simple with just some syrup and apple juice, but what sets it apart is the tropical whipped topping. For the adult version, I opted to get rid of the marshmallow syrup and instead use a marshmallow-infused rum.
