アミカという業務スーパーで購入した冷凍食品の揚げ物たちを丼に盛り付けました。
業務スーパーってほんと楽しいですね。
ものすごく悩んで今回選んだのは以下の4つ。

ジェフダ　飛騨牛コロッケ
コスモフーズ　鶏皮ギョーザ
ニチレイ　サックリのジャンボメンチカツ　
ジェフダ　ささみチーズカツ

数あるコロッケの中から選んだ飛騨牛コロッケ。完全に名前で即決しました。
冷凍食品だからと少し侮っていたかもしれません。
何がびっくりってサクサクの衣の先には想像以上のとろける食感！
ほとんど飲めてしまいそうなやわらかさでした。
ひき肉の食感も引き立って美味しかったです。

前から気になっていた鶏皮餃子はしっかりと揚げました。
カリカリ食感が最高。
噛むほどに餃子の味、時々鶏皮のむにむに感、あ、これが鶏皮餃子かと再認識。
二度揚げしたからか不快なむにむにではなかったです。
なんと私の大好きなニラ、ニンニクは入っていないらしい、しかし美味い。

ジャンボメンチカツはこれまた数ある中でたしかに最もジャンボだったので選びました😋
その大きさ故か、唯一中まで火を通すのが難しかったです。
食べて納得のボリューム満点！
メンチカツにはソースをかけて食べるのが好きです。
揚げ物の中でもメンチカツは謎に背徳感を感じます。

ささみチーズカツも美味しかった！
欲を言えばチーズがもっと入っていると嬉しいなと思いました。(欲張り)
この4つの中ならささみチーズカツが一番自分で作れそう、その時はきっとチーズたっぷりにするだろうな。
でもなかなかの大きさだし鶏肉も柔らかくて食べやすい。
満足感のある1品でした。

揚げ物には何ソースをかけますか？
私は迷ったのでウスターとトンカツソースの中間かなと中濃ソースにしました。
ご飯が進んでとっても美味しかったです！

Deep-fried frozen foods purchased at a business supermarket are arranged in a bowl.
"business supermarket" is a store like a Japanese version of Costco.
It is smaller than Costco, but very fun to look around.
After much deliberation, I chose the following four.

Hida Beef Croquette
Chicken Skin Gyoza
Crispy Jumbo Menchikatsu　
Sasami Cheese Cutlet

I chose Hida beef croquette from among many croquettes. I decided to buy it when I saw the name.
I may have underestimated it a little because it was a frozen food.
What was surprising was the melt-in-your-mouth texture beyond my imagination beyond the crispy batter!
It was so soft that I could almost drink it.
The texture of the ground meat was also delicious.

I had been curious about the chicken skin dumplings for a while.
I was carefully and thoroughly fried in two batches.
The crispy and crunchy texture is the best.
The more I chewed, the more the taste of the gyoza spread out, and I could feel the chicken skin feeling in some places, which reminded me that this was chicken skin gyoza.
I was reminded that these were chicken skin dumplings, but they were not unpleasantly soggy, probably because they were fried twice.
I checked and found that there was no chives or garlic, which I love, but it was delicious.

I chose the jumbo menchikatsu because it was indeed the most jumbo among the many available.
It was the only one that was difficult to cook all the way through, probably due to its size.
It's a hearty meal, I'll give you that!
I like to eat it with sauce.
Of all the fried foods, only the menchikatsu is mysteriously immoral.

And the Sasami Cheese Cutlet was good too!
If I were greedy, I would have been happy if there was more cheese in it. (Greedy).
Of the four, I think I could make the Sasami Cheese Cutlet the best by myself, and I'm sure I would make it with a lot of cheese then.
But it was quite large and the chicken was tender and easy to eat.
It was a satisfying dish.

What sauce do you put on your Fried Food?
I was not sure, so I went with the chuno sauce, thinking it would be somewhere between Worcester and pork cutlet sauce.
It was very tasty and went well with my rice!
