The space

31 Cristalmar has four air conditioned bedrooms. The first and second bedroom have double beds, the third room has single bunk beds, and the fourth room has a day bed with a single pull out bed underneath.
The spacious open plan living space is air conditioning and has bifold doors to the front outside dining area where there is a coal BBQ and views across the gardens.
There is a utility space which provides a washing machine an tumble dryer available to guests.
The complex has a well maintained swimming pool as well as a children's play area with climbing frame, swings and a slide.
The complex also has private off-road parking.

This area of Spain is served by five magnificent Orihuela Costa golf courses. Each championship course features a full complement of 18 holes offering wide fairways, perfectly manicured greens, and challenging layouts.
Every golf course offers a variety of world-class facilities, from fine dining restaurants to casual bars and cafes. It's a wonderful way to spend a relaxing day away from the hustle and bustle of the Orihuela Costa's beaches, areas which can be particularly busy during the height of summer.
And because the low season for golf in Spain runs from June through to September each year, the summer season is a great time to try your hand at the sport, with bargains to be had when it comes to green fees during the warmer months.

Neighbourhood description

The neighbourhood is quiet which makes for a relaxing stay. Cristalmar is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with no through road, so there is no passing traffic.

Getting around

Cabo Roig is very accessible. It is an equal distance from Alicante Airport and Murcia International Airport, giving great travel options as the area is very accessible with all year around flights.
31 Cristalmar is a ten minute walk to the local strip where there is a host of bars and restaurants.
There is a taxi rank at the end of the main strip of bars and restaurants, as well as electric scooters which can be hired through a smartphone app. These are great for exploring the area at a very reasonable cost.
Zenia Boulevard is a shopper's paradise and is
Orihuela Costa's largest shopping centre, the South Costa Blanca's biggest mall, and one of the area's most visited tourist attractions, thanks in part to a packed social events calendar that runs throughout the year.
A commercial sanctuary for hardcore consumers and casual window shoppers alike, Zenia Boulevard sports a spectacular 161,000m of magnificent retail heaven.
