Hello Friends! Today I need to get it all done with a grocery haul + meal plan + meal prep! I'm sharing my kitchen weekly reset 2024 routine which includes a weekly grocery haul and meal plan. I always have a healthier week when I take the time to do a sunday reset and meal prep. I have tons of ideas for a meal prep with high protein that the ENTIRE family will eat! I'm so excited to share a new recipe for a HEALTHY cookie dough! I always do a walmart grocery haul because it's so budget friendly, but this time we're going shopping together! I love a Sunday reset mom routine so come get it all done with me and reset for the week-let’s do this!! I’m so thankful you’re here💕

+Parmesan Garlic Chicken:
Ingredients: ½ packet of garlic parmesan seasoning , ¼ c Buffalo Wild Wings parmesan garlic sauce, 2-3 chicken breasts, 1 small container of fat free plain greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese.
Directions: Cook the chicken and shred. In a blender, add the remaining ingredients and then add the blended sauce to the chicken (I added a little chicken broth to the blender so it would mix faster)-enjoy! You can eat it hot or cold!
