We spend the day on Orchard Street in the Lower East Side (LES) of NYC. First stop Fung Tu with chef Jonathan Wu's take on modern Chinese-American faire. Then it's a couple of blocks north to Jeremiah Stone and Fabian Von Hauske's 2 establishments, the fine dining Contra (with a prix fixed menu) and Wildair, their take on a wine bar with really REALLY good food!
