One important feature of the services that we provide, and how we set ourselves from other authorized dealers, is to inspect and test the products sold through our site personally in order to provide our honest opinions regarding each product’s strengths and weaknesses. This manufacturer did not agree with some of our assessments and requested that certain commentary be removed. We stand by our commitment and values of being fully transparent with our customers and the office furniture community. We will not share only the positives but not the possible drawbacks of any product.
