Want exact jetting specs to tune your nibbi carb? We show the best setup for your chinese pit bike carb to make it run at max performance without bogging or cutting out. This is for NIBBI racing PE22mm and PE24mm carburetors and will work on most chinese 110cc and 125cc pit bikes such as SSR, Xpro, Coolster, Taotao, apollo, and more! This is a must see video on tuning and jetting to get your bike dialed in where it runs best! Don't listen to others saying 26mm is better, they will not work. We do a sound test of each bike and carb as well. We are located in Wisconsin and our altitude may be different than where you are at, this will cause jetting to change slightly!

125cc Pit Bike
Premium 91 Octane Fuel
Main Jet: 102
Pilot Jet: 40
Needle Clip: 4th or 5th Pos. (I ended up with 4th)
Air Screw Setting: 1.5-2.0 Turns Out
Stock Intake W/ Plastic Spacer

PE24mm FL Specs:
125cc Pit Bike
Premium 91 Octane Fuel
Main Jet: 108
Pilot Jet: 45 or 48 (We had 48, its a little rich)
Needle Clip: 4th
Air Screw Setting: 2 Turns Out
Stock Intake W/ Plastic Spacer
