Venus gets an invite to the Planet Moon Picnic but is upset because she doesn't have a moon. Venus decides to try and get a moon, so she goes to talk to the planets that have moons to find out how they got them. The Zula Patrol is called into action to stop Venus from creating a disaster in her quest to acquire a moon of her own.
