This video was the first take after boarding the gondola up to the 11,053 ft (3,369 m) summit in Mammoth, CA. The joy and laughter you see is our reaction to playing music together while also taking in an incredible view for the first time. What a memorable and magic moment for us! Thanks to fellow bandmates, Kevin (usually on bass) and Andy (frequenter of the drums), for shooting the video and chiming in on background vocals. Myles Wittman could have joined us on trumpet that morning but couldn't wait to test out his new snowboard. Understandable. Next time?!

Credits:

Linda O’Connelly (Nick’s mom) wrote this song!!!

Josh Collins - guitar
Nick Larson - vocals and ukulele
Kevin Middlekauff - filming and backing vocals
Andy Olson - filming, backing vocals, and video editing
Myles Wittman - snowboarding

LYRICS:
Hey, River Bank, it's been so long
So glad to see you ain't gone
You're the best escape that I've ever known
Coming to you is like coming home

I could barely wait to be layin' low
And this whole damn week went way too slow
I'd been lookin' for some timw
I ain't got much but it's all mine

[chorus]
Tossin' my troubles in the water
'Til every single one is gone
And as they float downstream away from me
I'm gonna sit back and watch 'em roll on.

Hey, Lazy Day, where you been
Me, I been workin' hard since I don't know when
Lately your kind's been hard to find
But I tell you what, you been on my mind

[chorus]

I'll be here layin' low
I ain't got nowhere to go
Feelin' good, feelin' fine
I ain't got much, but I got some time
