Teach Pikachu Surf with Glitches (Stabilised!)

UPDATE 29/01/2016 Sadly this does not work for Pokémon Bank, as it looks up a whitelist of moves, and for some reason they didn't include the Surfing Pikachu (and presumably the other Pokémon Stadium Pokémon)

Yes that's right! Stabilised, WITHOUT using Stadium, or any other external game/device!

Normally using a hybrid Pikachu that knows Surf will not work with the surfing minigame but this method does. It works by splitting Pikachu into 2 halves, teaching Surf to the half that is now part 'Q' (which is in itself part Slowbro), then rejoining the pieces! Just like Bill! (Spoilers: That's for another video)

Also I will be working on a follow up video some time in the near future on how to teach any Pokémon any move*, unlike this video which only lets a Pokémon learn TM's/HM's Slowbro can learn

*Technically, yes, any move IF you're willing to carry a glitch Pokémon with you, level it up and have it naturally learn the move you're looking for. I won't be doing that, I'll just be using HM's/TM's
