Day 5:
Early start of the day going to Hoi An, I booked a grab car instead of taking the bus or van. Why? I just wanted to lol!

When I arrived in Hoi An, I realized it was a sleepy town during the day because tourists and businesses are mostly alive at night because of the lanterns. Yes, there are lots of businesses during the day but not that many people on the streets.

Got my caffeine fix at Cong Caphe, my second cup of coconut coffee during the whole trip.

Walked around the old town looked for Madam Khanh - The Banh Mi Queen.

Took another Grab car to the Than Ha Pottery Village and tried just a little bit of clay pottery making.

Went back to the old town to try a recommended Hoi An dish Cao Lau.

I walked to look for the White Rose Restaurant to try the White Rose Dumpling. Man! All the eating, I was stuffed and I had some of the dumplings for takeaway.

I was browsing the Grab app to check how much it would cost to go back to Da Nang after BUT I clicked on book. :( My bad! I was still supposed to walk to the Japanese bridge to take pictures but I couldn't cancel the booking anymore. Oh well...

I didn't know where to go so I went back to Da Nang and the Grab driver told me that I shouldn't have gone to Hoi An that early because there really was not much to do or see during the day unless you'd go to the beach.

Anyway, I went back to Hoi An in the afternoon to see the lanterns. Yes it was beautiful but there were a lot of people especially on the bridge.

After an hour of walking around, I went back to Da Nang.
