Sambhal News: Allahabad HC में सांसद Zia ur Rehman Barq ने FIR को चुनौती दी, 2500 लोगों पर केस दर्ज

Sambhal Violence Update: संभल दंगों में दर्ज की गई एफआईआर (FIR) को खारिज कराने के लिए सांसद जियाउर्रहमान बर्क इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट (Allahabad High Court) पहुंच गए हैं. उन्होंने याचिका में अपने सांसद होने का हवाला देते हुए कहा कि वो एक पढ़े-लिखे इंसान हैं इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने संभल में मस्जिद हिंसा की स्वतंत्र जांच की मांग वाली जनहित याचिका खारिज कर दी। कोर्ट ने बताया कि सरकार ने पहले ही रिटायर जज की अध्यक्षता में न्यायिक आयोग गठित किया है। सांसद बर्क ने कहा कि यह घटना पूर्व-नियोजित थी और मुस्लिम समुदाय को टारगेट किया गया। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि "जय श्रीराम" के नारे लगाते हुए लोगों ने जुमे की नमाज पढ़ने से रोका।

Sambhal MP Barq Fears Arrest

Sambhal MP Zia-ur-Rehman Barq has approached the Allahabad High Court seeking to quash the FIR registered against him in connection with the Sambhal riots. In his petition, he emphasized his status as an MP and described himself as an educated individual.

Meanwhile, the Allahabad High Court has dismissed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) demanding an independent inquiry into the mosque violence in Sambhal. The court stated that the government has already constituted a judicial commission headed by a retired judge to investigate the matter.

MP Barq alleged that the incident was pre-planned and targeted the Muslim community. He claimed that people chanting "Jai Shri Ram" slogans disrupted the Friday prayers (Jumme ki Namaaz).
