I see lots of people raving about Soothe 2 for this purpose, but I honestly think there is a MUCH better tool for the job, called "RESO" (by Mastering the Mix). I'll be explaining why I feel this way, and also showing general tips and tricks for resonance removal regardless of which tool you prefer to use for the job.

Note: This video isn't strictly one of the "Mixing Loud with CTZ" episodes, because it's of general interest to anyone looking to employ resonance reduction tools in their production workflow. Wondering what the CTZ Strategy is? Start with this short 17-page written guide. Find it here at https://docs.google.com/document/d/1O...)

This is NOT paid promotion. All the tools you'll see me using or hear me mention were paid for by myself. These are just great tools that I use every day, and that I personally endorse.

If you enjoyed this video, please do me a solid and not only like the video (and subscribe to my channel), but also give me a follow on my TWO different artist accounts on Spotify! Thanks!
