Step-By-Step Instructions
1. Weigh out coffee samples at 8.25g coffee to 150 mL water
2. Grind slightly coarser than would be used for filter, making sure to purge between samples
3. Evaluate fragrance
4. Pour water, ensuring to saturate all the grounds. Wait 4 minutes
5. Break the crust, making sure to smell the coffee as the aroma is released
6. Skim the crust, wait until coffee is cool enough to taste
7. Slurp and slurp some more!
