Full body kettlebell workout.

Kettlebell swings to get your heart rate up, and a mix of lower body and upper body exercises and a couple of core specific moves to finish with.

You'll need to do your warm up and a cool down.

This is a low impact, no jumping, no plyometrics, really great workout if you have any knee issues.
