How I Set Up My Home Aerial Gym (Low Ceiling) | Aerial Hoop & Aerial Hammock

Hi Friends!
I am not a pro in hardware but I have experimented with different heights/lengths of fabric in my low ceiling aerial gym at home. You will hear why I have a few sets of the aerial hammock, and how I used them at home.

The Aerial Hoop Setup is more straightforward. Just adding a sling will give me a different space to work with.
For the Aerial hammocks, I have two sets of 6 meters and one set of 9 meters.
*Update in 2021 - I got another set of 11 meters
