The Alice Springs School of the Air Visitor Centre is a first of its kind. First established in 1951 and for many years used the Royal Flying Doctors radio network to deliver lessons. Now it is satellite, computers, webcams and microphones. Today lessons are interactive and visual. Come meet our friendly staff and take away a bit of history and experience what life is like in some of Australias' most remote locations.
