MDS M412 Rock Trommel with drum cleaner- Perfect cleaner for mud/clay.

Sticky clay and mud is impossible to process for many customers, that is because trying conventional methods won't do the job. MDS introduced the M412 with this application in mind!

In this latest case study we showcase the M412 with a drum cleaner being used in New Zealand to get clean stones from clay.
The unit running is fully kitted to handle any rocks thrown at it and remove the mucky sticky mud and clay from it. The unit is spec as following:

• The first section is fully welded with 100mm openings with
drum cleaner.
• 2nd section has changeable screens of 200mm Opening.
• Tipping Grid with 400mm Openings (Can change sizing).

With this setup, the user is in full control of the sizing of the clean output stones. The sizing on the Tipping Grid and 2nd drum section can be changed and this allows the user to get a specific size coming out of the oversize conveyor! In this instance, they are getting clean 200-400mm rocks.
