Скачать или смотреть Implied Volatility Indicator | How Does It Work?

I came across one of the strangest indicators I have ever seen, implied volatility. I can't seem to understand implied volatility as an indicator. I have searched high and low to get more information on how I could use the implied volatility but can't find anything. I can find a lot of information on Implied volatility when it comes to options trading directly but not as an indicator. You can find the implied volatility indicator on ThinkorSwim under 'impvolatility'. I have found that it is the most objective indicator out there as it is the same value no matter what time frame you are looking at, it will show as the same. I need help figuring out how to use it or incorporate it into my day trading strategy.
