How I Cured Sciatica

Since I had sciatica nerve pain for many years because I had a ruptured disc at the base of the spine, 05 W. one.

I went to see an osteopath for many years and had a religious approach to stretching and general maintenance of my joints and body.

As a result I believe that I have fully cured sciatica because I no longer have any symptoms of it and at most I get some stiffness now and again which I can resolve by having some general stretches.
