Terrorist hideout busted in J&K's Anantnag, huge cache of arms and ammunition recovered

In a joint operation, Jammu and Kashmir Police and the Indian Army busted one hideout of terrorist in Anantnag forest today and recovered a huge cache of arms and ammunitions. This development comes after the arrest of the conspirator of the Krishna Dhaba attack. Three AK-56 rifles, two Chinese pistols, two Chinese grenades, one telescope, six AK magazines, two pistol magazines, and other items were recovered from the hideout site. Meanwhile, the IG, Kashmir has directed increased security deployment at all vital locations in the region today. To enhance anti-terrorists operations in the Valley; the IGP has asked to place snipers at high-rise buildings besides relocating permanent bunkers.
