Malaysia Airlines Review

Cabin Crew (7/10)
The crew was decent overall, but the service felt a bit inconsistent. There were some good interactions, but nothing that really stood out.

Cabin (10/10)
The cabin was great—modern, comfortable, and well-designed. No complaints here at all.

Seat (8/10)
The seat was comfortable and well-padded, but there were minor things that could’ve been better, like the recline or cushioning for long-haul flights.

Legroom (8/10)
Legroom was decent at around 31 inches—spacious enough for most people, but obviously not the most generous out there.

In-Flight Entertainment (5/10)
The IFE was just okay—the selection wasn’t the best, and the system felt a little outdated or slow. It did the job but wasn’t anything impressive.

Service (4/10)
This was one of the weaker points. There were delays, and at times, the crew felt a bit inattentive. Definitely an area that could be improved.

Meal (8/10)
The food was actually pretty good, with decent portions and taste. Nothing mind-blowing, but solid overall.

Cleanliness (6/10)
Cleanliness could’ve been better—some areas weren’t the cleanest, and things like tray tables or restrooms could’ve been maintained better.

Website (8/10)
The booking process was smooth, and the website was easy to use. There were a few minor issues, but nothing major.

Value for Money (10/10)
For RM2,999 return, this was an amazing deal. Full-service long-haul flights are usually way more expensive, so getting meals, baggage, and the A350 experience at this price was a steal. Even with the flaws, it was definitely worth it.

Total: 74/100
Overall, Malaysia Airlines delivered a good experience, especially with the cabin, seat comfort, and meals. The main downsides were service, cleanliness, and IFE, but considering the price, I’d still say it’s great value for money.
