Harry Potter...Skyrim Style. This mod has been around on the Steam Workshop and the Skyrim Nexus for a pretty long time now. I only now decided to give it a try. This vid is a bit long as I go through the configuration of the mod, and it takes me awhile to trigger the mod so bear with me. Or just skip to the last 2 minutes of the vid ;)
