500 grams gurda kaleji mix
2 tbsp vingar
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
4 green chillies and coriander leaves crushed
1 tsp red chilli
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tap salt
1/4 tsp yoghurt
2 ripe tomatoes chopped or pureed
1 tbsp kasoori methi
1 tbsp roasted chana powder or kaju or badam powder
1 small lemon juice
