VOLTRON - Lion Force / Vehicle Team Combined Opening Sequence

In the 1980s VOLTRON: DEFENDER OF THE UNIVERSE blazed onto our television screens. The show featured two mighty robots named Voltron: Lion Force Voltron, composed of five robot lions flown by five pilots, and Vehicle Team Voltron, composed of fifteen high-tech vehicles flown by fifteen pilots. Each Voltron's episodes had a distinct opening sequence. This fan video is a "what-if" opening sequence that would be common to both Voltrons.

This video is supposed to look like an alternate opening sequence that World Events Productions, the makers of VOLTRON, could have made in the 1980s. It is one or two seconds shorter than the original opening sequences, so it could theoretically be dropped in to replace the original opening sequence of each episode. This video lacks sound effects, because editor Greg Tyler didn't have access to the original sound effects elements.
