If you sit a lot it's crucial to strengthen weak hips and flexors to prevent lower back pain from developing hips and hip flexors can cause all kinds of hip and back pain as well as affect your balance! The simplest exercises can leave you feeling uncomfortable. Hip flexors become tight and weak from sitting, this can cause your spine to compensate, which then impacts your shoulder balance and posture.

It's really important work on your hips from multiple directions:
• Forward Hip extension
• Backwards glute max
• Sideways - adduction
• Sideways - abduction

In this video we're working on hip flexors and improving weak hips from a forward position.

In this video we will show you hip strength through contraction and building tension in a safe way. You can practice these exercises daily to improve your awareness so you’ll be able to try more challenging exercises without running into any problems!
