Purging And Priming Berkey Water Filter System

Today I'll show you how to use the Black Berkey Primer to purge and prime black filters. Purging is necessary to clear out contaminants in the filters and when storing or traveling. Priming needs to be done whenever cleaning or purging the filters. This is a different primer than what is sent with the filters. No running water is needed making it a good option for someone that is off grid like we are, but also for camping, prepping or any situation when running water may not be available.
