I stand before you today as someone who has seen life from its highest peaks to its deepest valleys. I am honored to be here to share my thoughts on a topic that puzzles many - why bad things happen to good people.

Dear spiritual partner, you see, in life, like in a game of cricket or baseball, we all have to play the ball we're dealt. Some of us are lucky enough to get a full toss outside the leg or hanging curve ball, while others are stuck with a chest-high bouncer or a splitter. But no matter what balls come at you, how you play them matters. And this, my friends, is where Karma comes in.

Imagine your life as a spiritual bank account. Every good deed is like depositing love and positivity, while every harmful action is like withdrawing peace and happiness. The balance of this account will determine your destiny. This, my friends, is the principle of Karma, the cosmic ledger that keeps track of our actions.

Now, I know what you're thinking. "Isn't karma all about past lives and reincarnation?" Well, yes and no. You see, Karma is about cause and effect. Good actions lead to positive outcomes, and wrong actions lead to adverse outcomes. It's as simple as that.

I'm sure you're thinking, "I've been a good person. I've deposited so much love and positivity; why am I suffering?" Here comes the twist in the tale. The karmic seeds you plant today may not bear fruit until your next life. It's like ordering a pizza and delivering it in your next life. Not the best deal, I know!

But here's the kicker. Sometimes, the effects of our actions don't show up right away. They might take a day, a year, or even a lifetime to manifest. That's why it seems bad things are happening to good people. But these experiences, as challenging as they might be, are simply the universe's way of balancing the scales. And let me tell you, nobody escapes the scales of justice, not even a Rishi.

But here's the thing. Karma isn't about punishment or reward. It's about understanding the balance of actions and their consequences. It's about learning from our mistakes and growing from our pain.

Now, I don't want you to think that Karma is some sort of cosmic punishment. Far from it. Karma is a teacher. It's there to guide us, to help us learn from our past actions to make better future decisions. And believe me, I've had my fair share of learning experiences.

But let's lighten things up a bit. I remember once buying this beautiful, expensive shirt despite having over 45 shirts at home. I was so proud of it. Then, on my way to a meeting, I spilled coffee all over it. Now, some might say that's bad luck. But I like to think of it as Karma's way of telling me to be less materialistic. Or maybe it was just telling me to stop drinking so much coffee. Either way, I got the message.

My friends, remember this – every action you take, every decision you make, has a consequence. It might not be immediate, but it will come. So, when bad things happen, don't despair. Instead, look inward, learn from it, and move forward. Because in the end, it's not about the ball you're dealt but how you play it.

So, the next time you see a good person facing tough times, remind them of the cosmic balance of Karma. Remind them that their struggles are not in vain and that they are growing, evolving, and becoming their best version.

Remember, what goes around, comes around. Now, wasn't that a spinning ball?
