1 large bowl of dried chili (this one is not too spicy)
1/2 bowl of tomato sauce and a can of sardines
(Ingredients ~ roast pork, roast chicken, shrimp, mushrooms, these are all ok)

1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons sugar
