Ingredients:
For besan Katli :-
Besan - 1 cup / 120 gm
Water - 2 cup / 500 ml.
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/4 TSP
Black pepper powder - 1/4 TSP
Cumin powder - 1/4 TSP
Ginger Garlic Green chilli paste - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 TSP

For gravy :
Mustard seed - 3 tbsp
Garlic - 8 to 10 cloves
Green chilli - 2
Turmeric powder - 1/2 TSP
Red chilli powder - 1/2 TSP
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 TSP
Coriander powder - 1 TSP
Tomato - 1
Oil - 1/4 cup
Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 TSP
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder - 1/2 TSP
Cumin powder - 1/2 TSP
Chopped coriander leaves
Slit green chilli - 2
