Malaysia has entered a brand-new panda era! 🐼
Zoo Negara has officially welcomed its newest giant panda ambassadors — Chen Xing and Xiao Yue — replacing the beloved pair Xing Xing and Liang Liang.

The new panda duo arrived from China in November 2025 and made their public debut in January 2026 at the upgraded Giant Panda Conservation Centre (GPCC). Chen Xing is energetic and playful, while Xiao Yue is calm, gentle, and loves her bamboo meals.

Chen Xing and Xiao Yue will stay in Malaysia until 2035 under the Malaysia–China conservation agreement.
