Описание к видео Exploring Captain Thunderbolts Hideouts - Part One

Born in 1835 Frederick Wordsworth Ward better known as Captain Thunderbolt was an Australian bushranger renowned for escaping Cockatoo Island (Convict Penal establishment)
He was known as the Gentleman Bushranger & for his lengthy survival, being the longest surviving bushranger in Australian History.
He spent most of his time between south Queensland & northern New south wales, he learnt horsemanship & bush skills as a kid - early teens, he mainly robbed the wealthy, mailmen, inns, stores & stole horses & had good relationships with locals which helped in his lengthy survival, as you will see by his hideouts in the video they were all similar with tall rock formations, caves, views of the area & usually had a water source nearby, he would keep the horses in the areas between the rocks, the bush around the area to hunt & the caves for living, the views would have been great to see any threats approaching, Captain Thunderbolt was a highly intelligent man with great survival skills, this is Part one of his Hideouts, we hope you enjoy.
